Bubble Barrels

 1 - 55 Gallon Drum (Barrel) 
A Leaf Blower or Shop-Vac (One that blows air OUT!)
A Long Hose (Shop Vac Hose)
Baby Shampoo or Bubble Bath
Ratchet Strap or Rope...or both!
A Large Beach Towel
Duck Tape
Fill the barrel half full of Water, Add Soap (More Soap/More Bubbles), Place Hose into the Barrel, and place the towel over the top of the barrel. Place the ratchet strap (or rope) around the barrel and around the towel...catching all edges. Tighten the ratchet strap tightly. Turn on the leaf blower/shop vac.

If you have a lot of children consider preparing more than one barrel.
You can prepare everything in advance and simply move the hose from one barrel to the other when ready to fire up another barrel.

If you have a lot of helpers, consider rotating the children between the activities so that everyone is not trying to do the same activity at the same time.

I have seen websites that teach you how to make your own wands. I have never tried this before however if you have some crafty people in your church...give it a try.

Bubble Pool
Purchase several gallon jugs of Bubbles.
You will need a Kiddy Pool and various sizes of bubble wands.
NOTE: BUBBLES ARE A SEASONAL ITEM...MAKE SURE TO PURCHASE ALL THE BUBBLES THAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR IN EARLY SPRING...AS SOON AS THEY KIT THE SHELVES!
